1. Information only, no guarantees

Content on this site is general education about credit, mortgages, and real estate. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee any credit score increase, removal of any item, loan approval, interest rate, or home purchase. Results depend on your credit history, lender guidelines, and other factors outside our control.

2. Credit services

Credit repair services are provided only under a separate written contract. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You may cancel a credit services contract without penalty within 3 business days after signing it. We do not charge for credit repair services before they are fully performed.

3. Mortgage services

4. Third-party links

This site links to services we don't control, including Credit Repair Cloud, SmartCredit, our loan application portal, and HAR.com. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Some links may pay us a referral fee.

5. Contacting you

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use, liability, and governing law

Don't submit false information, use someone else's identity, or try to disrupt this site. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these Terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
